Manager & Psychologist
Fatma ÖZDEMİR
Hello Friends
My name is Fatma Özdemir. Actually, I can't say I have a lot to tell. I grew up in a crowded family. I am the 4th child in our family, we are 5 siblings in total. I was interested in psychology in high school and I wanted to study this department at that time. Thus, I won the psychology department at Uludağ University. As I studied my department, I learned a lot about the psychology of people and tried to change and improve myself accordingly. Since I am generally good with children, I did my voluntary internship in a special education center in 4th grade and met a lot of children. I had the opportunity to examine them by entering their sessions. I took notes of what I learned in the sessions I attended and had the chance to apply them later. After graduation, I crossed paths with sports events and took part in many events. In this case, I met a lot of people and made a lot of friends. Now we are trying to realize our ideas with my friend Esra, whom I met at the sports event.

Web Designer
Fatma Zehra Ergün
Hi! I’m Fatma Zehra Ergün, and I've just joined the team as a Web Designer. I’m currently a high school senior with a passion for drawing, something I’ve been doing since preschool. I love using apps like Pinterest, Procreate, and Blender to bring my ideas to life. Besides designing, I also play the guitar and cello and hope to become an animator and comic artist one day.
I'm an animal lover with two birds, and feeding and taking care of them brings me so much joy. I also enjoy painting on canvas, especially with sunflower themes—sunflowers and the color yellow are my favorites! I have a passion for 20s Charleston Dance and ı'm currently learning how to dance. I’m excited to be a part of this team and contribute to our creative projects.
Social Worker
Ahsen Yıldırım
Hello, I’m Ahsen Yıldırım. I was born on October 4, 1999, as the first child of my family. As I write this, I’m still getting used to being 25 years old and being the older sister to my two siblings. I’ve always been a dynamic person, but my love for greenery and animals has been constant. Over time, my favorite colors expanded to include red and navy blue, and my favorite animal shifted from dogs to cats.
Growing up, I was indecisive about my career, and I ended up studying social work—a field I initially knew little about. As I progressed through my studies, I grew to love it. During internships and volunteer work, I realized that witnessing individuals’ empowerment and healing processes in this profession deeply resonated with me.
Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in social work, focusing on digitalization. My goal is to explore overlooked topics in the field because I believe there are many entities whose voices are unheard. This belief is not only something I hold but also something I see and experience. Whether it’s for children, women, people with disabilities, the elderly, LGBTQ+ individuals, animals, or nature, I strive to contribute without neglecting myself in the process.
That’s why I’m here, being a part of this moment. As long as I exist, I wish to bring positivity to others and myself. I hope you’re glad we’ve met.
