World Archery consolidates Para rules in a new Book 5
The January rulebook release brings Para archery regulations, classification and equipment requirements into one volume.
World Archery released a revised rulebook on 15 January implementing changes approved by its Congress. A new Book 5 consolidates Para archery sport rules, classification requirements and equipment regulations into a single reference.
The January federation newsletter also asked member associations to submit their 2026 national trial and selection dates and opened development-programme applications. Together, the updates connect rules, classification, national pathways and member support rather than treating governance as a separate layer from competition.
