Copyright and corrections
A direct route to report an inaccurate fact, a rights problem or exposed personal information.
Send a precise request
Email iintroo.official@gmail.com with the page URL, the disputed text or image, the requested correction/removal, supporting source or proof of rights, and a way to contact you. Explain whether you are the person affected, a rights owner or an authorised representative. Do not send unrelated medical records, passwords or unnecessary identity-document copies.
For urgent exposure of private information or a safety concern, state that clearly in the subject and identify the affected URL. A notice is reviewed; it is not automatically a finding that the content is unlawful. Privacy applications follow the KVKK request procedure.
Image permissions and attribution
Images require both an accurate relationship to the report and a suitable right to publish. A photo on an official site or social account is not automatically free to reuse. Creator permission or a documented licence is needed where no applicable exception permits publication. A file photo must be labelled; another match or person cannot be presented as the reported event.
Open-licence images retain their creator, source and licence information. If an image is adapted, applicable licence conditions still apply. Technical resizing or compression must not hide faces or misrepresent the record. Public-domain and open-licence designations do not automatically settle privacy, publicity, trademark or endorsement rights. No individual photo is certified merely by the existence of this policy.
Articles, research and logos
Original reports summarise facts and link to evidence. Access to a paper or a publicly visible article does not authorise republication of its full text. Third-party videos should use a permitted original embed or link unless separate reproduction rights are documented. Names and logos identify the subject and do not imply affiliation or sponsorship.
Corrections and review
Material factual corrections should identify the corrected point and, when appropriate, a dated note. Source links, results and image identity can be checked against the original record. Copyright, personal information and safeguarding concerns require a separate review from whether a score or achievement is accurate.
The team may request focused clarification, correct a record, replace an image or remove material where justified. Mandatory legal duties and the affected person's rights are unaffected. For a disagreement with moderation, provide the discussion URL and the decision you want reviewed.
