Dakar 2026 moved into its delivery phase following the IOC Coordination Commission’s eighth visit to Senegal.
The Youth Olympic Games will be the first Olympic event staged in Africa, giving preparations a sporting, institutional and diplomatic significance beyond the competition programme.
