Life and work
The story behind the role.
Dinçer studied law at Bilkent University and graduated in 2016. He then advised Turkish football clubs at a specialist legal practice. He completed a sports business and management master’s degree at the University of Liverpool in September 2019, studying the commercial and operational side of sport.
He joined Nazali in December 2019 and helped establish its sports-law practice. His work includes employment, transfer, representation and sponsorship agreements, alongside representation before CAS, FIFA, UEFA and the TFF. His biography also records work with Borussia Mönchengladbach’s global operations department and participation in the club’s international strategy discussions in 2020.
