Ayhan Orhan Oflaz graduated in business from Boğaziçi University and worked at Philips and IBM before founding his own company in Antalya. He transferred the company to its employees in 2013.
His sports administration includes chairing Antalya Tennis and Specialization Club from 2011 to 2013 and, from 2019, Antalya Sailing Club. He is listed as a reserve member of the Türkiye Sailing Federation's Board of Directors.
