Life and work
The story behind the role.
Deniz Dilek joined Georgia after training at Topspin Tennis Academy in Ankara. Her university biography records Turkish under-16 and under-18 championships, a career-high ITF junior ranking of No. 30, junior appearances at all four Grand Slams and selection for Türkiye’s 2025 Billie Jean King Cup team.
In her first Georgia season, 2025–2026, she compiled a 25–8 singles record and 22–7 doubles record. She clinched the team’s ITA National Indoor Championship and NCAA quarterfinal wins, earned SEC All-Freshman recognition and was named an ITA All-American in doubles.
