Ece Öneş completed her nutrition and dietetics bachelor’s degree at Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University in 2018, followed by a master’s degree in 2020 and a doctorate in 2025. The university lists her as an assistant professor in its Nutrition and Dietetics Department.
Her doctoral thesis investigated regular kefir consumption, gut microbiota and athletic performance in professional women footballers. Her master’s thesis addressed the relationship between locus of control, nutritional status and diet quality among amateur youth football players. Her institutional CV also records ISAK Level 1 anthropometry training in 2026.
