The Türkiye Tennis Federation's official Management Board page, reviewed on 13 October 2026, lists Ertunç Tümen as a board member, identifies him as Ak Portföy chief marketing officer and supplies an identity-labelled portrait.
Tümen graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1994 and completed an MBA at Bilkent University in 1997. The federation biography describes his capital-markets career from 1998, earlier leadership in retail banking and deposit and investment products at Akbank, and service as deputy general manager for investments at Ak Portföy.
He served as president of CFA Society Istanbul from 2013 to 2016. The biography says CFA recognised him as a global volunteer of the year in both 2014 and 2020, and that his 2022 book was selected as an inspirational business book of 2023.
