Gizem Polat graduated first in her nutrition and dietetics department at Haliç University with high honors and completed a minor in psychology. Her undergraduate training included placements at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine Hospital and Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital. She completed a master’s degree at Yeditepe University in 2025.
Her Istanbul practice identifies her as a clinical and sports dietitian. Its athlete-nutrition service includes assessment of body composition, individual energy and nutrient needs, supplement use and the relationship between diet, training and recovery.
