Gökhan Çelik is a dietitian — football nutrition. Çelik was born in İzmir and studied nutrition and dietetics at İstanbul Gelişim University with a full scholarship.
He completed hospital placements at Dokuz Eylül University Hospital and Nevvar Salih İşgören Children’s Hospital. After an extended Galatasaray placement, he began professional work there as a sports-nutrition specialist.
His graduation thesis concerned ergogenic aids used by athletes, and his biography dates founding Florya Beslenme ve Diyet Danışmanlığı Merkezi to 2017. He also describes continuing volunteer involvement in summer camps for children with diabetes.
