Hasan Semih Oktay is a vice-president of the Türkiye Volleyball Federation with responsibility for national teams and the technical board. The TVF board appointed him to the vice-presidency after the 18 October 2024 general assembly.
The federation's 2026 senior men's national-team announcement lists Oktay at the head of the technical delegation as vice-president. That dated assignment documents an operational national-team responsibility in addition to his board title.
