İbrahim Çınar was appointed member of the Turkish Football Federation’s Central Refereeing Committee (MHK) on 23 July 2024.
The July 2024 division of duties assigned him responsibility for education, VAR, the Regional Amateur League and Region 3.
A TFF announcement dated 3 October 2026 named him among the committee members entrusted with referee appointments for the 6–8 October Turkish Cup matches during the transition to a new MHK.
