The story behind the role.
Kardelen Tunç is Eczacıbaşı’s youth conditioning coach. The club dates her appointment to 2025–2026 and records her graduation with high honours from Marmara University’s Faculty of Sport Sciences coaching-education programme in 2025.
She began coaching at Eczacıbaşı’s Geleceğe Smaç sports schools in 2022 and worked in VakıfBank’s sports-school and youth departments during 2024–2025. Her club biography also documents experience administering and analysing performance tests in clubs and athlete centres during her education, providing a basis for her strength-and-conditioning specialism.
