Monika Brancuska was born in 2004 and played for PVK Olymp Praha and VfB Suhl LOTTO Thüringen before moving to VakıfBank. The official club profile records German league and cup titles in 2025–26, three Czech Cups and one Czech Super Cup.
Brancuska helped the Czech national team win the 2024 Challenger Cup. Her individual honours include scoring awards in the Czech league and cup and the 2025–26 German league, where she was also selected as best opposite, followed by a German Cup MVP award.
