Necati Er is a Türkiye athletics representative who competes in triple jump and long jump. His World Athletics record includes a 17.37-metre triple jump, marked as a national record, and an 8.02-metre long jump.

ENKA Sports Club reported on 2 February 2026 that he set a Turkish senior indoor triple-jump record of 16.66 metres at the Yeşilay Turkish Indoor Athletics Championships. The club identified Aşkın Karaca as his coach and stated that the previous indoor record was Can Özüpek’s 16.62 metres.

His international career includes the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, where World Athletics’ official entry document lists him for Türkiye in the triple jump. The 2026 club report documents his continuing ENKA affiliation.
