The story behind the role.
Nurcan Celep is a conditioning coach in Arkas Spor’s health and performance team. In an Arkas News interview, she described graduating from Ege University’s School of Physical Education and Sport and working as both a fitness coach and volleyball referee while studying.
She joined Arkas as a fitness coach in 2007 and moved into youth-team conditioning in 2010 while also assisting the professional team. In the same interview, she explained that from 2019 her conditioning work covered the professional men’s volleyball team, youth teams and the club’s sailing team.
