The story behind the role.
Raziye Kütük is an engineer and long-distance sailor who has owned boats and logged thousands of sea miles since 1994. She has officiated at national and international sailing races since 2008.
Kütük's federation biography records race-office, scoring and organisational experience and eight years of service on the Central Umpire Board. She chairs the federation's Development and Participation Board.
