The story behind the role.
Sanberk Oktar won the 200-metre individual medley at the 2022 World Junior Championships in 1:59.89, a Turkish record. His international career also includes an Islamic Solidarity Games silver medal in the same event.
The İstanbul swimmer joined USC in January 2024. At the 2026 Big Ten championships he finished eleventh in the 200-yard medley in 1:43.24, nineteenth in the 200 breaststroke and twenty-first in the 400 medley. He also earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition in 2025 and 2026.
