Şefik Barbaros Çelenk is a movement and training-sciences lecturer. Şefik Barbaros Çelenk completed Gazi physical education undergraduate study in 1980–1984 and a physical education master’s in 1999–2001.
Taught physical education at Ağrı İmam Hatip High School in 1985–1986 and Özel Yükseliş College in 1986–1994. The Hacettepe record lists a lectureship from 1994 and places him in Movement and Training Sciences.
His listed conference research includes young women volleyball players’ leg strength and jump height (2016) and anaerobic exertion and trunk sway (2018). A 2019 collaborative conference paper examines awareness of children’s rights violations in sport. The evidence supports a sports lecturer and researcher role, without a claim of a doctorate or a separate strength-coach credential.
