The story behind the role.
Selin Aslayan spent ten years in Fenerbahçe’s programme and played for several Turkish age-group national teams before joining Michigan State. Her pre-college career included third place in the 2021–22 Turkish teen girls’ league.
As a Michigan State freshman in 2022, she played 50 sets across 18 matches and made eight starts. She recorded 80 kills, 55 digs, nine aces and 18 total blocks, with a season-high twelve kills against Indiana.
