Selin Övünç is an Ankara-linked tennis player whose Auburn career began in 2019. The university describes a junior career that included a No. 1 ranking in Türkiye, an ITF junior ranking of No. 79 and appearances at junior Wimbledon and Roland Garros.
She reached the last sixteen of the 2021 NCAA singles championship, earning ITA All-American honours. Auburn records first-team All-SEC recognition in 2022 and NCAA singles and doubles selections in both 2021 and 2022. In 2024 she finished with a 21–9 doubles record and received ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition.
