Uğur Beşok is a deputy president of the Türkiye Table Tennis Federation, with board responsibility for its Institutions Committee. His work connects federation administration with workplace and institutional table tennis.
Before the Institutions and Organisations Turkish Championship scheduled for 4–6 July 2026 in Ordu, he met provincial and municipal officials and the chamber of commerce to discuss preparations and local support. The federation identifies him by the same deputy-presidential and committee responsibilities in its report.
İstanbul Kuruluşlar Masa Tenisi Spor Kulübü identifies Beşok as its founding president. At the club's Mine Yener individual tournament on 6 June 2026, he gave the opening address about the significance of commemorative events and Yener's contribution to the sport.
