Vanja Ivanović was born in 2004 and played for ŽOK Leskovac 98, OK Železničar and Korabelka before joining VakıfBank. The club records a Serbian Cup title in 2020–21, a Serbian Super Cup in 2021–22 and a Serbian league title in 2024–25.
Ivanović was named the Serbian league's most valuable player for 2024–25. She also represented Serbia at the 2022 Mediterranean Games, where the national team won bronze.
