Training choices for female adolescent team-sport athletes

What the publication reports
Forty-seven randomized trials with 1,433 athletes formed eight intervention nodes. Combined training and plyometrics showed the most consistent signals for jumping and sprinting, while change-of-direction effects were task-specific.
Limits and interpretation
Evidence certainty was low to moderate and biological maturation was often poorly controlled. Network rankings do not establish one universally best programme for every sport, athlete or outcome.
