What the publication reports
Twenty-four national-team athletes were randomized equally. Three weekly 20-minute MASS-12 sessions produced larger gains in dynamic balance and visual reaction time than routine warm-up; proprioception improved within the intervention group.
Limits and interpretation
Only 24 athletes from one national team participated, and post-test outcomes were functional surrogates rather than injury incidence or competition results. The findings require replication across Para classifications and settings.
