What the publication reports
Twenty studies involving 606 players entered the analysis. Resistance, plyometric, core and multimodal training improved serve velocity relative to regular training. The analysis did not establish significant differences in serve accuracy or upper-body power.
Limits and interpretation
Certainty differed by outcome and comparison, with weaker evidence for accuracy and power. Network rankings do not establish a universally best programme or improved match results.
