David Malone and Holger Kimmig share 100m backstroke S8 gold at Sydney 2000

David Malone of Ireland and Holger Kimmig of Germany shared the men's 100m backstroke S8 title at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics, both finishing in 1:09.90. Travis Mohr of the United States took bronze in 1:11.50.

The title

David Malone of Ireland and Holger Kimmig of Germany shared the men's 100m backstroke S8 title at the Sydney 2000 Paralympics, both finishing in 1:09.90. Travis Mohr of the United States took bronze in 1:11.50.

The podium
