IRFU invites supporters to design women’s warm-up jersey
The winning design will be worn before Ireland’s May fixture at Aviva Stadium.

The IRFU launched a competition inviting young people, artists and rugby supporters to design a special pre-match warm-up jersey. Ireland Women will wear the winning design before their first standalone international at Aviva Stadium, scheduled for May 17.
Canterbury is partnering with the union to produce the jersey. A judging panel includes representatives from the women’s team and the kit company, with the competition unveiled at a launch featuring Ireland players Eve Higgins and Anna McGann.
The winning designer will receive match tickets and official recognition, as well as an opportunity to attend the captain’s run, meet team members and present the jersey to the captain. Entries close on January 23, ahead of the spring championship and the landmark Dublin fixture.
