Nations Cup confirms November phase across Europe and Hong Kong
Eighteen fixtures will conclude the inaugural competition.

World Rugby confirmed 18 Nations Cup fixtures across Europe and Hong Kong from 6–21 November. The announcement established the second phase of the inaugural tournament after the July series in the Americas.
The USA and Georgia led their respective pools after three wins each. Twelve teams were divided into two pools, with every side facing the six teams in the opposite pool across the July and November windows. Each pool winner would become an inaugural champion.
Romania against Tonga in Bucharest was scheduled to open the November phase. Zimbabwe’s designated home matches would be played in England and France, while Hong Kong China would play twice in France before hosting Tonga in Hong Kong on 21 November.
