Forty international academy coaches attend Juventus workshop
A four-day programme in Turin combined practical observation with classroom learning.
Source publication date:
Juventus hosted forty coaches from its international academies for a workshop in Turin from 12 to 15 January. Participants represented locations across Europe, Asia, the Americas and Australia, staying at the J Hotel during the programme.
The visiting coaches observed activities at facilities used by Juventus’ youth teams and exchanged ideas with coaches and managers from different age groups. The sessions introduced the club’s educational and sporting approach through direct contact with its development staff.
Practical and theoretical lessons covered athletic, technical, organisational and psychological topics. The programme also included a visit to the Allianz Stadium for the men’s first-team match against Cremonese, linking the academy training course with an experience of senior football at the club.
