ITTF completes phase one of its centenary reform
The global table-tennis family contributed to a constitutional review scheduled to produce a final revised draft in April.

The International Table Tennis Federation concluded the first phase of its centenary constitutional reform after a consultation process across the global table-tennis family. The work is intended to review how the federation's governing framework serves a modern international sport.
ITTF said a final revised draft was expected in early April ahead of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Recording the consultation phase matters because governance changes shape representation, accountability and decision making long before they appear in a competition result.
