Marco Odermatt won the Kitzbühel men's super-G in 1:08.41, only 0.03 seconds ahead of Swiss teammate Franjo von Allmen. Austria's Stefan Babinsky finished third in 1:08.66.

The result opened the Hahnenkamm race weekend before the downhill and slalom. The small winning margin illustrates why official timing and discipline-specific context matter: one high-speed line choice separated the top two after more than a minute on course.
