Connor McDavid had a goal and three assists, Vasily Podkolzin scored twice and Devon Levi made 39 saves for Edmonton.
The Edmonton Oilers beat the Los Angeles Kings 4-1 at Crypto.com Arena on 13 October 2026. Connor McDavid marked his 800th NHL appearance with a goal and three assists, while Vasily Podkolzin scored twice and Leon Draisaitl supplied a goal and an assist.
Edmonton built a 3-0 first-period lead. Draisaitl opened the scoring at 7:16, Podkolzin added a power-play goal a minute later and McDavid scored at 15:48. Those three goals established an advantage Los Angeles could not erase despite its shot volume.
Devon Levi made a career-high 39 saves. Brandt Clarke got the Kings on the board late in the second period, but Podkolzin's empty-net goal at 17:42 of the third restored the three-goal margin. McDavid and Draisaitl assisted on that closing goal.
The result kept Edmonton without a regulation defeat through six games and left Los Angeles without a win through five.
