Eda Sevaioğlu Tan

Life and work

The story behind the role.

The Türkiye Tennis Federation's official Management Board page, reviewed on 13 October 2026, lists Eda Sevaioğlu Tan as a board member and supplies an identity-labelled portrait.

The federation biography describes more than 25 years of experience across marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, consumer goods and retail. It records 18 years with Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Pfizer, later service as Anadolu Group chief marketing officer, senior international work in Türkiye and Asia, and five years leading a digital start-up she founded. It also records two years teaching digital marketing and e-commerce at Boğaziçi University and subsequent consultancy work.

Tan graduated in civil engineering from Middle East Technical University, earned a full-scholarship MBA at Bilkent University and obtained a digital-marketing certificate from Duke University. Her federation biography says she began tennis at age ten, competed in Turkish rankings and the national league until age 16, and has played veteran tennis actively for the past decade. This sporting record supports her athlete classification independently from her federation-governance role.
