Abdusattorov leads new FIDE Circuit standings

His Tata Steel Masters victory produced 25.78 points in the 2026–27 qualification ranking.

Nodirbek Abdusattorov took the lead in the FIDE Circuit 2026–27 after winning the Tata Steel Masters. The Uzbek grandmaster earned 25.78 circuit points from the tournament, placing him ahead of the other leading finishers in the opening standings.

Javokhir Sindarov, Hans Niemann, Jorden van Foreest and Vincent Keymer occupied the next positions behind Abdusattorov. Andy Woodward’s success in the Tata Steel Challengers produced 7.46 points and sixth place, while that tournament’s runner-up Vasyl Ivanchuk ranked eighth.

Xu Xiangyu had initially led after winning January’s Rilton Cup but moved to seventh following the Tata Steel events. Andre Diamant and Aryan Tari completed the top ten through their Brazil Series results. FIDE published a dedicated circuit page containing eligible tournaments, standings and regulations.
