Veronika Aigner retained the women’s vision impaired slalom title with guide Eric Digruber, winning by 4.04 seconds over Elina Stary. The Austrian completed four golds at Milano Cortina, while Alexandra Rexova took bronze and Chiara Mazzel failed to finish after straddling a gate on the opening run.

Varvara Voronchikhina won the standing event after first-run leader Ebba Årsjö lost time and then straddled near the finish. Wenjing Zhu took silver, and Michaela Gosselin earned her first Paralympic medal through bronze, with Andrea Rothfuss concluding her sixth Games in eighth place.

Wenjing Zhang won her first Paralympic title in the sitting category. Nette Kiviranta earned silver, Audrey Pascual Seco bronze, and defending champion Anna-Lena Forster finished fourth despite the fastest second run.
