Airolo European Cup crowns four moguls winners
Nilsson, Gajdecka, Merz and Gravenfors won the Swiss stop’s moguls and dual moguls events.

Airolo hosted the third stop of the Freestyle European Cup moguls tour, with separate moguls and dual moguls competitions. Nova Nilsson won women’s moguls ahead of Laura Berghuis and Nicolina Stenkula, while Marek Gajdecka won the men’s event ahead of Elis Moberg and Gordon Berg.
Annika Merz won women’s dual moguls, beating Janneke Berghuis, with Stenkula again third. Noel Gravenfors took the men’s dual title ahead of Charlie Roberts and Gajdecka, giving four athletes victories across the two competition days.
Laura Berghuis led the women’s overall standings after three tour stops with 380 points, ahead of Merz on 350 and Nilsson on 314. Airolo was also preparing to host March’s junior world championships.
