Anahat and Abhay Singh secure Indian Open home-title double
The Indian number ones won the women’s and men’s finals in Mumbai.

Anahat Singh and Abhay Singh won the JSW Indian Open titles at the Cricket Club of India. Anahat retained the women’s championship by defeating Hana Moataz 11–5, 11–6, 9–11, 11–6 in thirty-four minutes, collecting her sixteenth PSA crown.
The eighteen-year-old controlled the first two games before Moataz responded in the third. Anahat recovered from losing the opening three points of the fourth and finished with a backhand boast, securing her second World-level title after the Squash of Fire Open.
Abhay then defeated fellow Indian Veer Chotrani 11–9, 11–8, 11–4 in thirty-two minutes. He overturned a 6–2 second-game deficit and accelerated through the third, completing a home-title double on the outdoor glass court with three Indian players participating in the finals.
