ttc berlin eastside began its women’s Champions League quarterfinal with a 3–1 away victory against Rzeszow. The defending champion recovered from losing the opening match and returned to Germany with a clear advantage before the scheduled second encounter on Saturday.

Zuzanna Wielgos defeated Shan Xiaona in five games to put the Polish side ahead. Yuka Kaneyoshi answered with a four-game win over Li Fen, bringing the teams level before Nina Mittelham moved Berlin in front.
