Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki reached the men’s Champions League final four for the first time after completing its quarterfinal against fellow Polish club Orlicz Suchedniow. Bogoria lost the home return 3–2 but had won the away opening leg 3–1, leaving it ahead across the tie.
Satoshi Aida defeated Marek Badowski and Deni Kozul beat Takuya Jin to give Orlicz a 2–0 return-match lead. Panagiotis Gionis then stopped the visitors’ momentum by defeating Mateusz Zalewski in four games.
Badowski recovered to edge Kozul in five games, delivering the qualification point before Aida won the last match against Jin. Bogoria advanced to the May championship weekend in Saarbrucken despite the absence of Milosz Redzimski.
