Source publication date:
British Judo announced a series of free online support sessions for member clubs, covering financial sustainability, marketing and leadership. The programme begins with a 27 February masterclass on pricing, sponsorship, grants and bid writing before further activities continue through March.
Two sessions delivered with NEST Management address marketing foundations on 11 March and the conversion of trial participants into members on 26 March. Their focus includes communication, onboarding and approaches to retaining new joiners without adding substantial administrative work for club volunteers.
Ben Almond will lead a 27 March discussion drawing on his Judo Thinking frameworks to support strategic planning. The federation presented the programme as practical support for established and developing clubs, with further April sessions expected to extend the offer once the initial schedule had concluded.
