Brookes and Bouchard win Flachau snowboard slopestyle
Bouchard claimed his first victory in the discipline as Brookes defeated Gasser.

Mia Brookes won the women’s snowboard slopestyle World Cup in Flachau with 73.25 points, ahead of Anna Gasser on 72.43 and Lily Dhawornvej on 66.61. The nineteen-year-old British rider claimed her second career slopestyle victory at her only World Cup start in the discipline this season.
Brookes also won the venue’s Spring Battle rail jam and slopestyle events earlier in the week. Dhawornvej’s third place moved her into the slopestyle standings lead on 169 points, nine ahead of absent Olympic champion Kokomo Murase before the Swiss finale.
Eli Bouchard won the men’s event with 81.11 points, his first slopestyle World Cup victory. Judd Henkes finished second on 76.91, and Hiroto Ogiwara third with 72.58.
