Hartlepool United drew 1–1 with Tamworth at The Lamb Ground after both goals arrived in the second half. Adam Campbell put the visitors ahead before Stefan Mols equalised, following an earlier penalty incident that had briefly appeared to favour the hosts.

Mols converted a spot kick in the 53rd minute, but the referee disallowed it for his run-up and awarded Hartlepool a free kick. Campbell then finished powerfully after an attack involving Luke Charman and Gavan Holohan.

Mols answered in the 61st minute with a volley from Ronan Maher's cross. Nick Hayes subsequently saved from Dan Creaney, while Charman had a late effort stopped at the other end. Neither side could find a winner.
