Canada confirms fifty-member Winter Paralympic team
The roster includes four guides and nineteen athletes making their Paralympic debuts.

The Canadian Paralympic Committee confirmed a fifty-member team, including four guides, for Milano Cortina. Canada would compete across every sport at the Games, with eight members in Para alpine skiing, seventeen in Para ice hockey, fifteen in Para Nordic skiing, five in snowboard and five in wheelchair curling.
The roster included thirty-one returning Paralympians and nineteen debutants. Para ice hockey player Greg Westlake was selected for his sixth Winter Games, while Adam Dixon, Mark Arendz and Ina Forrest were preparing for their fifth consecutive appearances.
Fifty coaches and national sport organisation support staff would work with the athletes, within a total delegation of 163 people. Forrest, sixty-three, was the oldest athlete and eighteen-year-old alpine skier Florence Carrier the youngest.
