Olympiacos drew 11–11 with Radnicki before winning the shootout 5–3 on the final men’s Champions League group day. The Greek club finished first with fourteen points, while the Serbian side’s ten-point total left it outside the quarterfinal places.

Mladost defeated Vasas 15–13 and advanced with twelve points. Novi Beograd also secured qualification by beating Jadran Herceg Novi 15–12, ending their group on nine and six points respectively and eliminating the Montenegrin club.

Sabadell’s 16–13 win over Marseille helped Hannover qualify despite its defeat by Barceloneta. The completed quarterfinal field comprised Olympiacos, Mladost, Recco, Novi Beograd, FTC, Brescia, Barceloneta and Hannover, with the final fixtures resolving the remaining knockout positions.
