FISU completes ten-day inspection of Changchun preparations
Venue, security and participant services were reviewed for the 2027 Winter Universiade.

A FISU delegation completed a ten-day coordination inspection in Jilin Province for the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade. Specialists assessed sport, security, integrated services and communications during the May visit.
Competition and training venues included Changchun Sports Center and the Beidahu and Jingyuetan ski resorts. The delegation examined renovation work, functional areas and supporting facilities, and reported significant progress since the earlier January visit.
The review also covered airport arrival routes, baggage handling, security arrangements and broadcast and press facilities. Organisers were given practical advice for continuing preparations; the inspection was a readiness milestone for the future Games.
