China rallies against Korea to reach men’s Asian team final
Japan also recovered from an early deficit to defeat Indonesia in the semifinals.

China recovered from 2-0 down to defeat Korea 3-2 and reach the men’s Badminton Asia Team Championships final. The defending champions kept their title defence alive in Qingdao, where Japan won the other semifinal 3-1 against Indonesia to complete the championship pairing.
Korea took the opening singles and doubles points before Hu Zhe An began China’s response. Chen Jun Ting and Liu Jun Rong levelled the tie, then Dong Tian Yao defeated Cho Hyeon-woo 21-6, 21-19 in the decisive singles match.
Japan also lost the opening match before recovering. Kakeru Kumagai and Hiroki Nishi drew the tie level, with Yushi Tanaka and the second doubles partnership securing the remaining points.
