Chris Gordon made a record 326th PSA tour event appearance at the Rotterdam Open. The thirty-nine-year-old American surpassed Rachael Grinham’s total, establishing the highest number of tournament entries recorded in the tour’s history during a career that began in September 2002.
Gordon’s debut came at Qatar Circuit Number Five. In November 2024 he had become the first man to play three hundred PSA events, reaching that milestone at the CDMX Open. The March report counted six career titles, seventeen finals and more than five hundred fifty matches.
A former United States national champion, Gordon was also scheduled for Rochester ProAm, Guatemala Open and Tortola Classic appearances in the following months. Those planned entries offered opportunities to extend the tournament record after the Rotterdam milestone and continue his longstanding professional competition schedule.
