Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen and Juni Arnekleiv won the Skidskytte Kampen single mixed relay at Stockholm’s Olympic Stadium in 17:05.6. Christiansen required a spare round during the final standing stage but reloaded quickly and used the last loop to establish a narrow winning advantage.

Norwegian rivals Martin Uldal and Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold finished second, 1.2 seconds behind. Defending champions Tero Seppälä and Suvi Minkkinen placed third for Finland, 3.7 seconds back, after leading at the final exchange before Christiansen moved ahead during prone shooting.

France and Sweden had won the qualifying heats but lost ground through missed shots on the last leg. Christiansen left the decisive standing stage only half a step ahead before extending the margin on snow.
